FACILITY EVENTS CALENDAR

If you are interested in using our facilities, please read the following information to schedule an event.

The following rooms are available at Station 81 (3506 Shincke Road NE):

  •     Large Room – Accommodates up to 90 people

  •     Small Room – Accommodates up to 45 people

The following room is available at Station 83 (5046 Boston Harbor RD NE):

  •     Conference Room – Accommodates up to 75 people

 

Room Availability (both Station 81 and Station 83)

  •     Wednesday and Sunday ONLY. All other days are unavailable (grayed out).

Hours of Availability, Station 81 and Station 83 

  •     8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday and Sunday only. All other hours are “grayed” out.

 

How to Schedule an Event

  1. Click the calendar icon below

  2. Select the date you wish to book an event

  3. Click a time on the blank grid

  4. Use the Up/Down carats to select the starting time and ending time or you can drag the time block up or down to change times.

  5. Click the green BOOK button to start the booking process

  6. Follow the on screen instructions

  7. Finally, click the Facility Rental Form button, complete the facility rental agreement and return it to us. Thank you.

 

When you have completed the booking process, an email will be sent to you confirming your reservation.

Please note: An administrator will review the booking and may deny or change the booking. ​If the booking is denied or changed, an e-mail notification will be sent to you.
