We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who’s ready to support our department’s operations—and grow into a key leadership support role.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the District Secretary to manage financial, personnel, and administrative functions

Prepare and maintain the department’s accounts payable system in compliance with BARS and state regulations

Assist with budgeting, audits, and public records

Support IT systems and digital communications, including website updates and troubleshooting

Help lead community outreach efforts and manage the department’s social media presence

Engage with the public through events and education

Learn the full scope of the District Secretary’s responsibilities to serve as a reliable back-up when needed
