If it weren’t for Volunteers, three fourths of the United States would be without adequate fire protection. 


This is also true in our community! Few jobs offer the challenges, recognition and rewards that Volunteer fire and emergency medical services can offer. 


Protecting the lives and property of neighborhood families is our mission.

-REQUIREMENTS-

Essential functions of the position of Volunteer firefighter include the ability to:

 

Physically perform all activities and tasks related to firefighting activities.

 

Maintain minimum medical standards required for the safe operation of equipment and performance of emergency and life-saving tasks.

-BENEFITS-

-TRAINING-

Our District is well known and respected for its outstanding training program. Training activities are scheduled through the Battalion Chief for Training & Safety, Derek Hall.
